Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team, responsible for planning, managing and controlling accounting operations. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, participating in cash flow management, budget preparation and compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of practical experience, an understanding of accounting standards and a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities
Planning, organising, managing and controlling accounting operations and accounting staff in accordance with the Company's business ethics and policies. Preparing financial reports, reports on the implementation of the Company's annual plans and other reports for the needs of the Company. Participating in managing cash inflows and outflows. Participating in budget preparation. Reconciling commodity and financial accounting and posting the general ledger. Ensuring the correctness of accounting documents, their posting and archiving. Preparing financial reports for the Tax Administration. Preparing financial reports and analyses in accordance with the company's business policy, and in accordance with the positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia. Monitoring laws and regulations in the field of accounting and finance, and other regulations related to the company's operations. Other tasks as ordered by the Employer. Attending training for the purpose of acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to perform work duties at the employer. Continuously building and maintaining the Company's value system. Acting in every way with the care of a conscientious businessman and preserving and improving the reputation and good name of the Company. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education: SSS, V S, VSS.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge of English.
Knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards and international financial reporting standards.
Leadership and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate, delegate and evaluate the work of others
Ability to plan, act strategically and make decisions
